GENERAL INFO ABOUT DOLLS
Gentle creations dolls have 2 different kinds of making. They are cast as from resin as from porcelain. The difference between these 2 materials you can see on About dolls page. And the full making process of doll creation here
Resin dolls
Resin dolls produced from high quality resin with liquid additive that will slow color change and physical degradation due to UV exposure.
The producing time is 3-6 months after preorder period was closed.
Porcelain dolls
Porcelain dolls are made from porcelain slip.
The producing time is 1 month (orders are temporarily not accepted)
ORDER INFO
Fullset Dolls
The majority of fullset dolls are one-of-a-kind and can be ordered from the Art Dolls page. These dolls are already finished and ready to ship within 5 days of receiving full payment. Layaway is also an option for such dolls. See the table below for more information on the various types of payments.
Preorder
Blank resin dolls are only available for purchase during the preorder period. Each preorder period does not have every doll available. Please follow the news on this site or our social media to find out which doll and when it will be available for purchase. Each preorder has about 25 slots, which is why preorder times can be very short.
Work on your ordered doll (made during the preorder period) begins 2 weeks after the deposit payment is received and can not be canceled once production has begun. The deposit is non-refundable! Make certain before placing your order. Production time is 3-6 monts, but also can be faster ♥
Portrait dolls
Currently the order of portrait doll is closed, but not forever. Follow us to receive the information when it will be open again.
Porcelain nude doll
Preorder for porcelain nude dolls is temporary closed.
By placing an order on the website, the purchaser irrevocably agrees the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
PAYMENT INFO
You can pay with your favorite method. We accept everything. All money transfer fees are already included into the doll price.
Layaway
The maximum preorder layaway period is 4 months. Layaway for more than 4 months is not available!
!!!Because all dolls are made to order they cannot be canceled once production begins!!!
Production of the doll begins 2 weeks upon receipt of the deposit payment.
PayPal layaway
If you choose this kind of payment you will receive a PayPal invoice where the "partial payment" option has been activated. It means, you can pay whenever and however much you want during next 4 months of Layaway period. First payment is a deposit to reserve your doll. There is an 5% fee applied to the full cost of your doll for establishing a layaway plan.
The invoice will be created for you e-mail PayPal adress within the following 2-3 days of placing your order.
Select Manual Payment at the checkout if you want to pay with layaway. You should make a note of your PayPal address to receive the invoice, or it will be sent to the email address you registered with.
The deposit must be paid within 5 days of receiving the invoice, or the order will be cancelled automatically.
If the balance is not paid within the allotted time (4 months), we have the right to resell the product. If a payment is not made within the maximum 4-month layaway period, no previous payments will be refunded to the customer. Before the production of your doll begins, you have two weeks to cancel the order and get your money back. Payment system fees (PayPal or Cards) will not be refunded.
In this case, we reserve the right to deny the purchaser access to the layaway option for any subsequent orders.

All prices are inclusive of goods and services tax but exclude shipping and insurance.
Product prices are subject to change without notice and do not apply to existing orders.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, or any portion of an order, for any reason. We do not sell dolls or merchandise to recast doll owners or people who support recasts.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
We provide 1 week replacement policy. If your doll is broken upon arrival or damaged due to normal wear and tear, we will send new parts free of charge within 1 week of its arrival. After 1 week, you will bear the costs associated with the new parts and shipping.
If you have received a completely damaged package, please do not accept it, return it to us.
If you doll is damaged during the shipping you MUST contact us within 2 days after receiving the damaged package with following information: tracking number, order number, photos of broken parts.
If you wish to return your doll within 1 week after arrival, we will provide a refund for your doll. Non refundable amount is 35% of the production cost of your doll. Every doll is made to order and there is no guaranty that the doll you chosen in this complectation and skin color can be offer once more.
You must pay the shipping costs for return. After 1 week we no longer accept returns.

REPAIR AND DEFECTS
We provide a 1 week replacement policy. During this time all replacement and repair procedures are free of charge. After that you can order new parts for your dolls, but costs associated with them and shipping will be your responsibility. In this case new doll parts can have a LITE difference between color tones with your doll. Unfortunately this is a production feature and can't be corrected. We do not consider this a defect. Usually, these differences are barely noticeable, even more applying the face/blush.
Sometimes dolls can have very small motes, and sanding marks. All our dolls are hand-cast and processed. Although everything is usually carefully casted, sanded and assembled, thereby preserving the best quality dolls, it does sometimes result in minor flaws . This happens very rarely and we don't consider this as a defect.
DELIVERY INFO| SHIPPING POLICIES
The delivery of dolls is carried out from Germany worldwide . We use just DHL delivery service. Delivery time depends on the destination country.
Germany 2-5 days | Europa 7-15 days | Russia 25+ days | USA 15-25 days | World till 40 days

International Shipping
By the delivery we send the dolls as 300€ gifts each as benefit to those with high customs fees. If you want to save money by customs and make the value of your doll as lower let us know. But you will forfeit your replacement rights and if the doll will come damaged during the shipping the repair costs will be your responsibility.
Lost doll
Sometimes unplanned things can happen. If you see that the doll's tracking has stopped, let us know and we will file an international search claim, but you should do the same! If the package with the doll is totally lost and after 40 days you have no news from the post, you will receive a new doll without waiting time, but you must prove, that you have filed a search claim on your part.
Unexpected events
We will not be liable for non-delivery, delays in conveyance or execution, or any misfortune or harm caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This includes (but is not limited to) any act of God, natural disaster, flood or earthquake, fire, war, strike, civil commotion, epidemic, inability to obtain items or supplies, including the imposition of any export or import bans, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
